IMPLEMENT AB 572
AB 572 mandates that by January 1, 2027, every law enforcement agency (police department, sheriffs department, and district attorney's offices) implement a policy that follows AB 572.

I am writing to request a copy of the policy that the xxxx (police department, sheriff's office, DA's office) is implementing to be in compliance with AB 572. I would also like to know the discipline consequences and procedures if an employee of your department violated this policy.
